Kaiser Belial, having absorbed an extreme amount of Emeral Ore, transformed into a gigantic and berserk form driven by his evil will. In addition to unmatched physical strength, his greatest weapon is the Arch Deathcium Beam, a drastically powered-up version of the Descium Ray.


Kaiser Belial, struggling against Ultraman Zero, absorbed a large amount of Emeral Ore stored in the Imperial Fortress Malebrandeth, causing this transformation. He withstood attacks from Zero, Mirror Knight, Jean-Bot, and Glenfire, and attempted to obliterate Zero and the others along with Planet Esmeralda using the Arch Deathcium Beam.


After defeating Ultraman Zero and the others, he plotted to advance to the Land of Light himself, though this plan was never realized.
