The Wind Lord Monster that was sealed in the Earth’s ionosphere by Ultraman Mebius.
It uses its giant wings to build wind pressure to create Maga Shock Waves, and ravages cities with the Maga Storm, a move that involves forming black clouds in the sky that release tornadoes.
Ancient Pacific Records referred to it as “Tornado Wings.” Ultraman Orb fought it with his Spacium Zeperion form and when he finished it off with a Sparion Beam, it left behind Mebius’s Ultra Fusion Card.
