The new series Ultraman Teo will begin on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at 9:00 AM JST, on the TV Tokyo Network’s six channels, with simultaneous worldwide broadcast and distribution in multiple languages. 

One week prior to the premiere, on Saturday, June 27, at 9:00 AM JST, a special 1-hour program has been confirmed for broadcast. This spectacular double-feature will consist of the “Preview Special” and the “Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Ultra Hero Quiz.”

Along with this, detailed information regarding the worldwide simultaneous broadcast and streaming starting Saturday, July 4, will also be officially released.

1-Hour Special Program Confirmed for Broadcast on the TV Tokyo Network on Saturday, June 27 at 9:00 AM JST!

The first half of the program, starting at 9:00 AM JST, will feature the “Preview Special,” which will thoroughly introduce the highlights of Ultraman Teo just one week before its official premiere. This segment will introduce the new hero, Ultraman Teo, and the main cast members who shape the story, utilizing never-before-seen footage. It will also weave in iconic scenes from past masterpieces to showcase the stories of legendary Ultra Heroes whose unique characteristics link directly to Teo.

The second half, titled “Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Ultra Hero Quiz,” will feature Taiyo Sugiura, who played the protagonist Musashi Haruno in Ultraman Cosmos, and Kano from the popular comedy duo A Masso. Together, they will challenge quizzes packed with love for Ultraman! The quizmaster will be Yoshihisa Arai, an Ultraman-loving comedian who holds a Grade 1 Ultraman Kentei. Set at the venue of the “ULTRAMAN EXHIBITION – Ultraman Series 60th Anniversary Exhibition” currently being held at Hirakata Park, they will take on generation-transcending Ultraman quizzes. Don’t miss the non-stop talk from Sugiura, whose entire family loves Ultraman across generations, and Kano, who discovers new, unknown charms of the series, alongside Arai’s must-see trivia scattered throughout the segment.

Furthermore, Aoi Iwasaki, who plays the protagonist Ibuki Mitsuishi in Ultraman Teo, will also make an appearance to rescue the cast members from an attack by that kaiju?! A miraculous co-starring between Teo and Cosmos! You won’t be able to take your eyes off it until the very end! Please enjoy this special program filled with laughter and emotion, along with catch-up streaming available on TVer and other platforms!
