On November 23, the movie of the ongoing Ultraman TV series Ultraman Arc has been announced. Titled Ultraman Arc The Movie: The Clash of Light and Evil, the latest movie of the Ultraman series will premiere in theaters in Japan on February 21, 2025.

The teaser features the familiar SKIP Hoshimoto City Branch members: Yuma Hize (played by Yuki Totsuka), Shu Ishido (played by Sho Kaneta), Rin Natsume (played by Kaho Mizutani), Hiroshi Ban (played by Koichiro Nishi) and YouPi (voiced by Yuya Hirose). It also features a special appearance of renowned Japanese actor Naoto Takenaka — what is his role and how will he affect the story?

The director at the helm is none other than Director Takanori Tsujimoto, who served as the lead director for the TV series.

ARC and BLAZAR Special Talk Show

The announcement of Ultraman Arc The Movie was made during a special talk show of the staff and cast members of Ultraman Arc and Ultraman Blazar, to commemorate the encounter of the two Ultra Heroes in the recently aired Episode 19 of Ultraman Arc.

The Special Talk Show, premiered earlier today on TSUBURAYA IMAGINATION, will be available on the ULTRAMAN Official YouTube Channel from 13:00 JST today (in Japanese only).
