From July 3 to July 6, 2025, Tsuburaya Productions has officially participated in Anime Friends in Brazil for the third time since 2019. Anime Friends, held in São Paulo, Brazil, is the largest pop culture event in all of South America, specializing in anime-related content, with ten thousand attendees each year. This year, ULTRAMAN has left its strongest presence yet, with stage shows scheduled every day, meet and greets with multiple heroes, official exclusive merch, Ultraman themed burger shop, and a special music show by the singers of Ultraman TV series openings and endings.

Ultraman Omega First Live Show Overseas

Ultraman Omega, the new Ultraman TV series from Tsuburaya Productions airing from July 5, 2025, made its first appearance at an event held overseas. The stage show was scheduled twice a day, fully seated at every show. The show was so popular that fans who were not able to get a seat, watched the show on monitors outside the venue.

Ultra Heroes Meet and Greet

A meet and greet with the Ultra Heroes were held twice a day, each being a 30 minute session, with a long line of fans over a 100 waiting to get their photo with their favorite hero.

Fans were able to take photos with Ultraman, Omega, Zero, Blazar, and Mebius.

Ultraman Themed Merch Shop and Burger Shop

Visitors to the special Ultraman stage had more than just a show to look forward to, as an Ultraman-themed burger shop was set up right next to it. In addition to the themed food, official Ultraman themed Anime Friends merchandise was available, with fans able to purchase apparel like hoodies and T-shirts, as well as commemorative cups.

Special Music Live with Ultra Heroes

The music stage was a major highlight, with attendance for some performances reaching between 2,000 and 5,000 people. Ultraman Omega and Blazar made a special appearance on stage during concerts by ASH, MindaRyn, and Hiroshi Kitadani, the singers of openings and endings of Ultraman TV series, delighting the crowds. Other popular artists also performed at the Music Live event, which featured a diverse lineup including artists who perform Portuguese-language theme songs.

Ultraman Omega is currently available on the Ultraman Official YouTube channel with subtitles in multiple languages including Brazilian Portuguese.
