Over two weeks in Singapore, Ultraman was the center of focus at major pop culture events, demonstrating the growing popularity of the franchise in the country.

From November 29 to December 1, the Anime Festival Asia (AFA) was held, using Singapore as the main venue for this Southeast Asian-wide anime event. This year, a booth for the Ultraman Card Game, which is also available in Singapore, was featured. Additionally, it was announced that Ultraman Rosso and Ultraman Blu would join the second booster pack, “Vortex of Crimson and Azure”

Ultraman Rosso and Ultraman Blu themselves appeared on stage, interacting with fans.

On December 7 and 8, Ultraman made its debut at Singapore Comic Con, one of Asia’s largest pop culture events. Last year’s Singapore Comic Con attracted approximately 30,000 attendees and 380 participating organizations, making Ultraman’s presence this year a significant milestone.

At MediaCorp’s booth—MediaCorp being the Singaporean TV station currently broadcasting Ultraman Z and Ultraman Blazar—these Ultra series heroes made an appearance. The long lines of fans at the booth underscored the immense and growing enthusiasm for the Ultra series in the local community.

Throughout both days of the event, Ultraman stage shows were held. These were the largest-scale Ultraman shows ever staged in Southeast Asia, featuring heroes beloved across generations, such as Ultraman, Ultraman Tiga, Ultraman Zero, Ultraman Z, Ultraman Blazar, and Ultraman Arc.

The stage shows drew large crowds and became one of the most highly anticipated attractions of Singapore Comic Con. During the show, it was also announced that Ultraman Arc would begin airing in Singapore, signaling further development of the series.
